Amends Section 69-5-114 of the Mississippi Code to expand the organizations eligible to use livestock facilities constructed with grant program funds from Chapter 530, Laws of 1995.

Adds the United States Pony Club, Inc. to the list of organizations (alongside Future Farmers of America, 4-H Club, and Junior Livestock Association) permitted to hold livestock shows and sales.

Allows eligible organizations to hold up to three animal or livestock shows or sales per year per facility at no charge for facility use or utilities.

Sunsets the provision effective July 1, 2012.
