Extends the repeal date of a moratorium on new hospice license applications from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2014.

Maintains the requirement that the Mississippi Department of Health cannot process new hospice licensure applications until all current licenses and branches have been surveyed.

Exempts existing satellite branch offices seeking licensure under Section 105.05 of the Minimum Standards of Operation for Hospice from the moratorium.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
