Allows the board of supervisors of the county where a municipal historical hamlet is located to exercise powers granted to the hamlet on its behalf.

Defines "municipal historical hamlet" as a former city, town, or village with fewer than 600 inhabitants that lost its charter before 1945.

Grants hamlets powers to designate county courthouse meeting places, be recognized for historical districts, and apply for grants to improve infrastructure.

Amends the definition of "small municipality" in the Small Municipalities and Limited Population Counties Fund to include municipal historical hamlets, making them eligible for grants up to $250,000.

Specifies that hamlets are unincorporated areas and cannot impose taxes or fees for any general or special purpose.
