Creates a 17-member Task Force to Study the Impact of Immigrants on Poverty in Mississippi, composed of legislators, state agency representatives, and immigrant rights advocates.

Task force shall review the economic impact of immigrants on poverty, study effects on employment opportunities, and analyze costs of public benefits versus economic contributions including taxes paid by immigrants over the previous five years.

Task force members serve without compensation and the task force operates without state appropriations, though it may accept donations or grants from public or private sources; Legislature provides administrative support.

Task force shall hold its first meeting by June 1, 2011, elect officers, and make legislative recommendations to the Mississippi State Legislature based on collected information.

Task force provisions automatically repeal on July 1, 2014.
