Amends Section 73-3-35 of the Mississippi Code of 1972 to revise the oath required of attorneys before practicing in court.

Adds gender-neutral language by replacing "he" with "he or she" and "his" with "his or her" throughout the oath provision.

Requires attorneys to swear support for both the Mississippi State Constitution and the United States Constitution, adding the latter to the existing oath.

Attorneys must take the oath in the presence of the court where they intend to practice and have their name and admission date recorded in a court roll or book.

Takes effect on July 1, 2011.
