Amends Section 73-1-25 of the Mississippi Code to clarify that the Board of Architecture can recover all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, when it obtains a court decree enjoining violations of architecture licensing laws.

Maintains existing penalties for unlicensed practice of architecture: fines up to $1,000 and/or imprisonment up to 90 days for practicing without a current certificate or falsely advertising architectural services.

Allows the Board to seek injunctions in chancery court to stop violations, with temporary injunctions issued on 5 days' notice and permanent injunctions available if violations are established.

Establishes contempt of court penalties of at least $250 per offense for violation of court-issued decrees, with each day of violation counting as a separate offense.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
