Renames the "Kiln Water and Fire Protection District of Hancock County, Mississippi" to the "Kiln Utility and Fire District of Hancock County, Mississippi"

Authorizes the district's governing authority to construct, acquire, and extend a natural gas distribution system within its service area

Commissioners of the renamed district will continue to be compensated at up to $84.00 per day for each meeting attended, plus reimbursement for necessary expenses

Amends Mississippi Code sections 19-5-171 and 49-17-737 to reflect the district's new name throughout state law, including references related to the Hancock County Utility Authority board of directors
