Amends Mississippi Code sections 73-22-1 and 73-22-3 to allow orthotists and prosthetists certified by the Board for Orthotist/Prosthetist Certification to practice in Mississippi, in addition to those certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics and Prosthetics.

Modifies the definition of "orthotist" and "prosthetist" to include certification from the Board for Orthotist/Prosthetist Certification alongside American Board certification.

Maintains existing restrictions prohibiting unlicensed practitioners from representing themselves as orthotists or prosthetists and requiring direct supervision of device fitting by board-certified practitioners.

Preserves grandfather clause allowing individuals who practiced orthotics or prosthetics for 25+ consecutive years before July 1, 1991 to continue practicing.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
