Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive motor vehicle license tags commemorating the New Orleans Saints 2009 World Football Championship at an additional fee of $50.00 per tag, in addition to all other taxes and fees.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 from each $50.00 fee for the county general fund, with the remaining $48.00 remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue for state distribution.

State distributes collected fees as follows: $44.00 to INFINITY Science Center, Inc.; $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund; $2.00 to the State Highway Fund for highway maintenance and construction; and $1.00 to the special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Distinctive tags are valid concurrent with the vehicle's license year and require annual renewal at $50.00, with owners able to surrender tags and return to regular plates at any time.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10.00, with 5% retained by the tax collector and 95% distributed through the same state fund allocation process.
