Amends Section 99-19-73 of Mississippi Code to revise criminal assessments imposed on individuals convicted of traffic violations, implied consent law violations, game and fish violations, misdemeanors, and felonies.

Increases the assessment for the Vulnerable Persons Training, Investigation and Prosecution Trust Fund from $1.50 to appear in multiple violation categories (traffic violations, implied consent violations, game and fish violations, misdemeanors, and felonies).

Adds $2.50 assessment for the Attorney General's Cyber-Crime Unit Fund across traffic violations, implied consent violations, game and fish violations, misdemeanors, and felonies.

Repeals Section 9 of Chapter 549, Laws of 2008, which would have repealed various sections of the criminal assessment statutes on July 1, 2011, thereby preserving these assessment provisions.

Takes effect July 2, 2011.
