Amends Mississippi Code Section 49-15-64.2 to expand geographic areas where shrimp may be taken with a cast net to include Gautier and Ocean Springs, in addition to Bay St. Louis, Biloxi, and Pascagoula.

Clarifies that the 50-pound daily limit per person applies specifically to shrimp taken for personal consumption.

Maintains the cast net size restriction at a maximum of 12 feet in length.

Effective date is July 1, 2011.
