Adds a new requirement to the Notice of Renewal form: certification that the judgment remains valid and has not been satisfied or barred

Specifies that the lien of a renewed judgment continues from the date of enrollment of the existing judgment

Maintains the 7-year statute of limitations for actions on judgments, running from either the original judgment date or the last renewal date
