Amends Section 73-13-3 of Mississippi Code to delete expert testimony from the definition of "practice of engineering"

Revises the definition of "practice of engineering" to include consultation, investigation, planning, design, and design coordination of engineering works and systems, but removes reference to expert testimony

Maintains existing definitions of "engineer," "professional engineer," "engineer intern," "firm," and "board" related to professional engineering licensure

Takes effect July 1, 2011
