Authorizes Mississippi motor vehicle owners to purchase distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of Taylorsville High School upon payment of an additional $30.00 annual fee.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 from each fee for the county general fund, with remaining fees remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Distributes the $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to Taylorsville High School, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to the special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10.00, with 5% retained by the tax collector and the remainder distributed using the same formula as original tags.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
