Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive motor vehicle license tags identifying them as supporters of Raleigh High School upon payment of an additional $30 annual fee.

Tax collectors retain $2 from each fee and deposit it into the county general fund; the remaining $28 is remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

From each $30 fee collected, $24 goes to Raleigh High School, $2 to the State Highway Fund, $1 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, and $1 to a special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Applications are made through county tax collectors on forms prescribed by the Department of Revenue; tags expire with the vehicle's standard license tag year and can be renewed annually.

Replacement tags cost $10 with 5% retained by the tax collector and 95% distributed according to the same formula as regular distinctive tags; effective July 1, 2011.
