Reduces President Pro Tempore of Senate and Speaker Pro Tempore of House salaries to $14,250 annually (5% reduction) through June 30, 2012, then increases to $15,000 effective July 1, 2012.

Reduces executive branch elected officials' salaries by 5% effective January 16, 2012: Attorney General reduced to $103,512, and other constitutional officers reduced by $5,000-$12,216 depending on position.

Governor's salary reduction to $109,944 delayed until January 2012 due to constitutional prohibition on altering gubernatorial compensation during term of office; all reductions expire July 1, 2012.
