Amends Section 49-7-8 of the Mississippi Code to authorize the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks to establish hunting and fishing license fees for nonresident landowners who own property in Mississippi.

Nonresident landowner license fees must be set between the cost of resident licenses and nonresident licenses, rather than at the full nonresident rate.

The minimum fee for a nonresident all game hunting license remains Sixty Dollars ($60.00).

Effective July 1, 2011.
