• Makes conforming amendments to 46 sections of Mississippi Code (Sections 27-19-56.63 through 27-19-56.196) governing distinctive license tags to ensure consistency with the new single-decal expiration date requirement.

• Allows tax collectors to issue up to two (2) license decals for distinctive license tags, with expiration dates matching the regular license tag, maintaining the same fee distribution structure for each distinctive tag type.

• Effective date: July 1, 2011.
