Requires all health insurance policies and contracts delivered or renewed on or after July 1, 2011, to provide coverage for children of the policyholder under age 30 who are veterans of any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, National Guard, or Reserve Forces, provided the children reside with the policyholder.

Amends Section 25-15-13 of the Mississippi Code to include veteran children under age 30 as eligible dependents under the state employee health plan.

Amends Section 83-9-3 of the Mississippi Code to allow accident and sickness insurance policies to cover veteran children under age 30 who reside with the policyholder.

Applies to all individual and group health insurance policies, health maintenance organizations, self-insured group arrangements, and managed care delivery entities operating in Mississippi.
