Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive license tags identifying them as supporters of Tylertown High School, with design and color determined by the Department of Revenue in consultation with Tylertown High School's principal.

Imposes an additional fee of $30.00 per distinctive tag annually, payable at initial application and upon renewal, concurrent with the vehicle's license tag year.

Distributes the $30.00 additional fee as follows: $24.00 to Tylertown High School Athletic Club, $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to the special fund under Section 27-19-44.2; tax collectors retain $2.00 per tag for the county general fund.

Allows replacement distinctive tags for lost or stolen tags at a $10.00 fee, with 5% retained by the tax collector and the remainder distributed under the same formula as regular distinctive tags.

Effective date is July 1, 2011.
