Requires Medicaid beneficiaries to undergo a physical examination upon eligibility determination and annual redetermination that includes measurement of body mass index (BMI) to establish a medical home and baseline health status.

Mandates beneficiaries determined to be obese based on BMI measurement participate in an online interactive obesity prevention and reduction program featuring nutritional counseling, personalized healthy living plans, and access to trained nutritional experts.

Requires Division of Medicaid to provide computers at county and regional offices of Medicaid, Department of Human Services, State Department of Health, Department of Employment Security, WIC offices, and University of Mississippi Medical Center for beneficiaries without home internet access.

Penalizes beneficiaries who fail to participate in the required obesity program by increasing their co-payments for Medicaid services to the maximum amount permitted under federal law.

Effective July 1, 2011, and the entire section containing these provisions stands repealed July 1, 2012.
