Commends the Northwest Rankin High School Lady Cougars Basketball Team for winning the Mississippi High School Activities Association Class 6A State Championship in the 2010-2011 season with a 24-8 record.

Recognizes the team's 66-63 championship victory over Horn Lake as the school's first state basketball title.

Honors individual achievements including Taylor Beverly as MVP and selection to the All-State Tournament Team, and Arkeyla Branch as Cellular South Scholar Athlete and All-State Tournament Team selection.

Acknowledges Head Coach Angie Reynolds and Assistant Coach Jason Greer for their leadership, with Reynolds bringing experience from six years at Pisgah High School where she compiled a 145-56 record and multiple championships.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to Northwest Rankin High School, the coaches, and the Capitol Press Corps.
