Acknowledges the association's key accomplishments including instrumental role in establishing the Mississippi Home Corporation, winning legal battles against illegal municipal impact fees, and returning over $50 million to members through the Builders and Contractors Self-insured Fund.

Highlights the organization's programs and initiatives including the Home and Outdoor Living Extravaganza (largest home show in the state), Mississippi Housing Institute for continuing education, Build PAC political action committee, and professional certification programs.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Marty Milstead, Executive Director of the Home Builders Association of Mississippi, and the Capitol Press Corps.
