Commends the Neshoba Central High School cheerleading team and Coach Melonie Moore-Washington for winning the 2010 MHSAA Class 5A Small Varsity State Championship on December 18, 2010, in Jackson, Mississippi.

Team defeated West Jones High School, reversing a one-point loss to the same team from the previous year's state championship.

Cheerleaders performed a new routine choreographed by Austin McNair featuring tumbling and difficult stunts, achieving their best-ever performance of the routine.

Team members overcame adversity throughout the season, including injuries such as torn ACLs and emergency room visits, while practicing from June through the competition.

Lists 16 team members including Anna Leigh Whitney, Bailey Wilborn, Allyson Burnett, Ashley McNair, Erika Clark, and others who comprised the championship squad.
