Acknowledges and commends the life of Mrs. Ruby Jefferson Worsham of Belzoni, Mississippi, on her 101st birthday on March 9, 2011.

Mrs. Worsham was born on March 9, 1910, to Thomas Walter Jefferson and Molly Ford Jefferson of Humphreys County and received her education from Old Lake School in Devolente and Normal School in Belzoni.

Recognizes her 30 years of employment with Wrigley's and Edelman Corporation, her lifelong membership and service at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Chicago, and her roles as a care provider and home care aide.

Commends her faith-based life, devotion to family and community service, and her personal qualities including her sense of humor and ability to drive until age 98.

Directs that copies of this resolution be provided to Mrs. Worsham and to the Capitol Press Corps.
