Commends Mrs. Dollie R. Creath for her outstanding contributions to child development and care as director of Greenville Day Care Learning Center/Brent Center.

Congratulates Mrs. Creath on receiving the Fannie Lou Hamer Human Rights Award from the Mississippi Workers' Center at their 10th Annual Black History Program.

Recognizes Mrs. Creath's career achievements, including becoming a licensed director in 2001 and currently overseeing approximately 100 to 120 children with an annual budget exceeding $105,000.

Acknowledges her commitment to community service, including hiring TANF workers for job training and employing 15 regular child care providers and assistants.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Mrs. Creath, the Mississippi Workers' Center, and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
