Commends the Mississippi Army National Guard 287th EN (MAC) of Lucedale, Mississippi, for completing their active service tour in Afghanistan and returning home safely.

Recognizes the sacrifices and service of the unit members and their families in defending the security and freedom of the United States.

Expresses gratitude for the unit's willingness to serve with honor and fidelity in defense of democratic principles.

Acknowledges the pride of the State of Mississippi, the City of Lucedale, and George and Greene Counties in these servicemen and women.

Directs copies of the resolution to be furnished to the 287th EN (MAC) and the Capitol Press Corps.
