Commends and congratulates eight-year-old Bethani Grace Alman for winning the title of Miniature Miss Mississippi in June 2010, which included $20,000 in college scholarships.

Recognizes her extensive volunteer work with Toys for Tots, including being named a 2010 Kohl's Kids Who Care recipient and organizing a benefit concert on December 14, 2010 that raised over 850 toys.

Acknowledges that her independent volunteer efforts with Toys for Tots produced over 17,000 toys and $13,000 in donations, earning her the Presidential Community Service Award from President Barack Obama.

Directs that copies of the resolution be provided to Alman's parents, grandparents, and the Capitol Press Corps.
