Commends the life, legacy, and service of Mr. Henry Wiltcher, a bus driver for the Northwest Rankin School District for more than ten years, upon his passing from cancer.

Recognizes Mr. Wiltcher's dedication despite health struggles, including continuing to ride the bus with students as a passenger during chemotherapy and radiation treatments in 2008, and resuming driving duties after treatment completion.

Acknowledges his generous contributions to students, including distributing birthday cards with money throughout the year and performing multiple maintenance and operational tasks for the district's transportation services.

Expresses the House's appreciation for Mr. Wiltcher's positive impact on Mississippi's youth and conveys deepest sympathy to his family and friends.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Mr. Wiltcher's family, the Rankin County School District, and the Capitol Press Corps.
