Formalizes the transfer of ownership of a framed photograph from retiring Representative Frank Hamilton (District 109, serving since 1992) to Representative Henry B. "Hank" Zuber III (District 113, serving since 2000) for $0.01 and "utmost respect"

The photograph, described humorously as depicting "a peculiar representation of a being of the female origin," has adorned Hamilton's desk in the House Chamber and served as a conversation piece

Transfer becomes effective upon Hamilton's retirement, April 2, 2011, or when the 2011 Regular Session adjourns sine die, whichever occurs first

Grantee (Zuber) assumes all responsibilities and must indemnify Hamilton against claims of "trauma, negligent infliction of emotional distress, induced state of shock or any other such mental distress" from viewing the photo

Specifically prohibits Representative Jeffery S. Guice (District 114) from removing, relocating, destroying, altering, or disposing of the photograph while in Zuber's possession
