Commends Paul Green, a senior at Hattiesburg High School, for being selected as a National Merit Finalist, an achievement earned by approximately 15,000 of 1.5 million students in the 56th annual National Merit Scholarship Program.

Recognizes Paul's exceptional academic record including a 4.07 GPA, composite ACT score of 35, SAT scores of 800 (math), 740 (reading), and 780 (writing), and ranking first in his class of 261 students.

Honors his extracurricular achievements including debate team participation with state championships, National Forensics League Academic All-American designation, Southern Mississippi Youth Orchestra membership as Concertmaster, All-State Orchestra selection, and participation in theatre, orienteering, Boy Scouts, and swim team.

Directs the House to provide copies of the resolution to Paul Green, Hattiesburg High School, and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
