Commends Attorney Takiyah Hermoine Perkins on her appointment in August 2010 as Washington County's newest and youngest assistant district attorney.

Notes her prior experience as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Vernita King Johnson, adjunct professor at Mississippi Valley State University, and intern at multiple legal organizations.

Acknowledges her commitment to public service through involvement with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., the Greenville-Weston High Mock Trial Team, and community programs.

Directs House to furnish copies of the resolution to Attorney Perkins and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
