Recognizes the fraternity's principles of manhood, scholarship, perseverance and uplift, and its expansion to over 700 chapters across the United States, Bermuda, Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Korea, Japan, Liberia, Germany and Kuwait

Acknowledges the Beta Alpha Chapter's commitment to community improvement and lists approximately 170 chapter members by name

Highlights the fraternity's internationally mandated programs including Achievement Week, Scholarship Programs, Social Action Programs, Talent Hunt, College Endowment Fund, Health Initiatives, and Voter Education and Mobilization

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to the fraternity's International Headquarters, Beta Alpha Chapter, and Capitol Press Corps
