Authorizes World War II veterans to obtain one distinctive motor vehicle license plate annually in their county of residence, available for private passenger vehicles and pickup trucks only.

Exempts vehicles owned by World War II veterans from all motor vehicle registration fees and privilege taxes.

Exempts vehicles owned by World War II veterans from ad valorem taxation under Mississippi Code Section 27-51-41.

Allows unmarried surviving spouses of deceased World War II veterans who received the distinctive license plate to apply for and retain the plate for as long as they remain unmarried.

Requires proof of World War II veteran status from the State Veterans Affairs Board at time of application for the distinctive license plate.
