Exempts government-owned fire department vehicles from Mississippi's window tint restrictions under Section 63-7-59.

Fire department vehicles join other previously exempted vehicles including school buses, public transportation buses, nonprofit organization vehicles, funeral home vehicles, and government-owned law enforcement vehicles.

The exemption allows fire department vehicles to have tinted or darkened windows without meeting the standard 28% light transmittance requirement or displaying compliance labels.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
