Creates the crime of indecent assault for knowingly and intentionally touching another person's breast, buttock, inner thigh, groin, genital area, or anal area without consent for purposes of sexual gratification

First and second offenses are misdemeanors punishable by up to 6 months in county jail and a fine of up to $500

Third or subsequent conviction within a 5-year period becomes a felony punishable by up to 5 years in state prison

Adds felony indecent assault convictions to the list of registrable sex offenses requiring offenders to register on the Mississippi Sex Offender Registry

Effective date of July 1, 2011
