Amends Section 89-3-7 to add a new uniform acknowledgment form (subsection h) for any business organization, foreign or domestic, simplifying the existing requirements for corporate entities, limited partnerships, and limited liability companies.

Creates Section 89-5-17 to establish that an acknowledgment is presumed to have been taken as of the instrument's execution date, regardless of when the acknowledgment or instrument was actually dated, provided the acknowledgment is complete and the instrument is signed on or before the filing date.

Applies the new presumption retroactively to all acknowledgments executed before or after the act's effective date, subject to the limitation that it cannot revive remedies barred by statute of limitations.
