Extends the revert date for Section 93-11-71 (enforcement of judgments for overdue child support) from July 1, 2011 to July 1, 2014.

Extends the revert date for Section 93-11-101 (definitions for child support withholding administration) from July 1, 2011 to July 1, 2014.

Extends the revert date for Section 93-11-103 (withholding orders for child support by the Department of Human Services) from July 1, 2011 to July 1, 2014.

Extends the repeal date for Section 43-19-34 (stipulated agreements for modification of support orders) from July 1, 2011 to July 1, 2014, allowing continued use of written agreements executed before a clerk or notary public.

Effective July 1, 2011.
