Exempts attorneys licensed and in good standing with The Mississippi Bar from the Mississippi Debt Management Services Act when providing debt management services in the regular course of their law practice, provided they are not employed by debt management service providers and do not operate these services as ancillary businesses.

Specifically exempts attorneys from licensing requirements when providing debt adjusting services, credit report error correction services, and credit record improvement services as part of their regular legal practice.

Clarifies that the attorney exemption applies only to attorneys who are active and in good standing with The Mississippi Bar and who do not maintain these services as separate business operations outside their law practices.

Adds a new subsection (x) to Section 81-22-3 that consolidates and reinforces the attorney exemptions previously listed in subsections (i) and (ii).

Takes effect upon passage.
