Establishes initial application fee of $2,500.00 for money transmission licenses and annual renewal fee of $1,500.00 due on or before April 1 each year.

License expires at 5:00 p.m. central daylight time on April 1 if licensee fails to submit completed renewal application and pay renewal fee; licensee must cease money transmission operations immediately upon expiration.

Sets examination fee at not more than $200.00 per examiner per day or part of a day, with licensee also responsible for actual expenses incurred for examinations conducted outside Mississippi.

Effective July 1, 2011.
