Amends Mississippi Code Section 47-5-931 to add Tishomingo County to the list of counties with which the Mississippi Department of Corrections may contract for regional prison facilities housing state inmates.

Allows the Department of Corrections discretion to contract with Tishomingo County's board of supervisors for a regional correctional facility, joining other optional counties like Yazoo, Chickasaw, George, Greene, Washington, Hinds, and Alcorn Counties.

Regional facilities must house no more than 300 offenders in state custody and must comply with American Correctional Association standards and all constitutional and court requirements.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
