Appeals from Workers' Compensation Commission final awards would go directly to the Mississippi Court of Appeals instead of circuit court, with a 30-day deadline from the date of filing

The Court of Appeals would review all questions of law and fact, with authority to affirm, reverse and enter judgment, or remand for further commission action

Supreme Court review of Court of Appeals decisions would be by petition for certiorari only, requiring four affirmative votes to grant review

If a notice of appeal is mistakenly filed with the Court of Appeals clerk instead of the commission, it will be transmitted to the commission and considered received on the date the clerk received it
