Authorizes Mississippi residents to purchase distinctive motor vehicle license tags identifying them as supporters of Le Bonheur Children's Hospital upon payment of a $30 annual fee in addition to regular registration costs.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 from each $30 fee for the county general fund, with the remaining $28 remitted monthly to the Department of Revenue.

Distributes each $30 fee as follows: $24 to Le Bonheur Foundation, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to State Highway Fund, and $1 to the special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement tags for lost or stolen distinctive tags cost $10, with tax collectors retaining 5% for the county general fund and the remainder distributed proportionately like regular tag fees.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
