Authorizes county boards of supervisors to purchase cellular phones for enforcement officers of the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks

Counties may pay monthly cellular phone bills from the county general fund or other appropriate funds

Requires boards of supervisors to obtain itemized statements of all local and long-distance calls from the telephone company before approving payment

Enforcement officers are personally liable for any calls not approved by the board and must reimburse the county for unauthorized use

Effective date of July 1, 2011
