Increases weekly unemployment benefit calculation by adding 10% to the standard formula for benefit years beginning July 1, 2011, and 20% for benefit years beginning on or after July 1, 2012

Maintains the standard weekly benefit calculation as 1/26th of total wages from the highest-earning quarter of the base period

Preserves existing maximum weekly benefit caps: $210 for years after July 1, 2002; $230 for years after July 1, 2008; and $235 for years after July 1, 2009

Sets minimum weekly benefit amount at $30, with individuals calculating below this threshold receiving no benefits

Extends the automatic repealer on unemployment compensation benefit provisions from the current date to July 1, 2012
