Amends Section 99-19-72 of the Mississippi Code to clarify the $150.00 filing fee applies specifically to petitions to expunge felony offenses under Section 99-19-71(2)

Distributes the $150.00 fee as follows: $100.00 to the Judicial System Operation Fund, $40.00 to the District Attorneys Operation Fund, and $10.00 to the circuit clerk for administration purposes

Takes effect upon passage
