Amends Section 43-13-115 of the Mississippi Code to require the Division of Medicaid to redetermine eligibility for all categories of Medicaid recipients not less than once every six months.

Applies the new redetermination requirement to all 27 categories of Medicaid eligibility established in the statute, including recipients of public assistance, SSI beneficiaries, pregnant women, children, disabled workers, and other specified groups.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
