Amends Section 41-29-139 of Mississippi Code to add subsection (h) allowing doubled imprisonment terms and fines for drug violations when a child under age 18 is present during the violation.

Applies the enhanced penalty provision to all drug offenses covered under Section 41-29-139, including manufacturing, distributing, possessing with intent to distribute controlled substances, and trafficking.

Doubled penalties may be imposed in addition to all existing sentencing requirements for the underlying drug offense.

Effective date: July 1, 2011.
