Amends Section 25-11-113 of the Mississippi Code to revise earnings limits for disability retirees engaged in gainful occupations.

Allows disability retirees to earn annually without reducing their disability allowance an amount equal to 1% of their annual disability allowance for each year of creditable service plus 1% for each full year they have received the disability allowance.

Reduces disability benefits by any amount earned above the authorized threshold.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
