Amends Mississippi Code Section 25-7-13 to authorize circuit clerks to charge a $35.00 fee for docketing and filing a notice of renewal of judgment.

Adds "notice of renewal of judgment" to the list of services covered under the existing $35.00 fee for post-judgment actions, which also includes motions to renew judgment, garnishment suggestions, and execution writs.

The fee is payable upon filing and accrues to the clerk at the time of collection.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
